How virtual cuddle sessions work (and who they are for)

August 1, 2026

The name "virtual cuddle session" raises eyebrows. It sounds like a contradiction. Closeness over a screen?

You don't get physical touch. But you do get full presence, structure, and genuine attention for 60 minutes. For a lot of people, that turns out to be a lot.

What the session looks like

You book a 60-minute video call. We meet at the scheduled time. The session opens the same way an in-person session does: a brief check-in about how you're feeling and what you're hoping for.

From there the session becomes guided co-presence. I'll walk you through breathing and grounding practices. We talk. We sit together with video on. I might guide you through a hand-to-chest self-hold, or we'll settle into quiet company for a stretch. You can direct the pace throughout.

It's a focused hour with someone paying full attention to you. For a lot of people, that alone is something they haven't had in a while. The fact that it's over video doesn't diminish the quality of attention; it changes the form.

Who books virtual

People in greater Phoenix who can't easily get to Tempe: clients in Chandler, Gilbert, Scottsdale, Mesa, or further out who'd rather not drive 30 to 40 minutes each way. People working from home who've gone days without a real conversation. People recovering from an injury or procedure who aren't up for an in-person visit. People in cities where this kind of service isn't offered at all.

There's also a group of clients who specifically choose virtual over in-person, on an ongoing basis. The screen creates some distance, and that distance makes starting easier. For anyone anxious about in-person contact or unsure about having a stranger in their home, virtual lets you experience some of the benefit while you figure out what you want next. Some of those clients stay with virtual long-term. That's a good outcome in itself.

On privacy

The call is private and encrypted. No recording. The conversation stays between us.

A lot of people who book virtual sessions want support without having to account for it to anyone else. That's a legitimate reason to be here. This is a professional service; you don't owe anyone an explanation for using it.

What virtual involves

Virtual sessions center on guided practice and co-presence within a structured hour. They're their own format, with their own value, not a lesser version of something else. If you later want to try in-person work, that's easy to arrange. Nothing is locked in.

The session is $85 for 60 minutes.
